International Shipping

International shipping is completed for most backers, with the exception of a few countries that are not currently receiving packages or special orders. If this applies to you, please check your messages in Kickstarter- we have sent you a message. If you did not receive a tracking number from the fulfillment center, please let us know and we can look it up for you. 

Once again, I am sorry- international shipping right now is REALLY slow due to lack of international freight. Under normal circumstances, these packages should take 5-15 days to arrive but I have been warned that it may take longer. If you have any concerns, please let us know. 

Survey for Future Project

Additionally, we are looking for feedback on future colors you want to see on our next Kickstarter of dragon themed dice (we will do more language options later, don't worry!). If you can, please fill out the  survey to let us know which colors you would like to start with.

USA Shipping Completed and International Update

USA Shipping

All shipments to the United States have been shipped as of today! Tracking numbers were sent via Backerkit, so please message us if you have any questions. It has been so exciting to hear when people receive their dice :D 

International Shipping 

We are still getting everything set up with the fulfillment center for international backers and shipments will start going out this week with tracking numbers being emailed out then. Any backers who ordered anything other than dice will have their packages sent directly from us via USPS first class and should already have received a confirmation email. 

With COVID-19, international shipping is still a bit crazy and a lot slower than normal. Additionally, some countries are not receiving mail from the United States right now, so I am looking into alternatives to get everyone's dice out. If this does effect you, I will message you directly via Kickstarter.

Address Lock, Shipping, and Social Media Giveaway

Hello Everyone! 

Addresses on Backerkit are now locked and we can begin shipping!  All packages for US backers will ship this week and all international shipments will be sent via a fulfillment center from the United States. The dice are on their way to the fulfillment center and we will send another update when they start shipping.

Also, the giveaway for a prototype of our Kanji Metal dice is end TONIGHT. To enter, go to Instagram,  Twitter, or Facebook.  Pre-orders for the finished Kanji Dice and the b-grade Kanji Dice (the spotted ones which caused the delays) are now available on our website.
